The receptionist was very pleasant and welcoming. Very little wait . I was in and out within 30 minutes. Medicine prescribed for my dog had her feeling better in no time.

Took a very ill chihuahua in to AcutePet Urgent Care and was seen quickly. The staff there was very friendly and extremely professional. I would have absolutely no problem using their services again.

We rushed our dog to Acute Pet over the weekend because our regular vet was closed. They were very courteous and professional, took great care of our dog, and didn't do a bunch of unnecessary tests. As someone with pet allergies, I will say the entire facility is CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN. Each room has an air purifier, and it did not have a pet smell at all. Also less expensive than if id gone to one of the 24 hour E vets. Would definitely use them again! Ke at the front desk is AMAZING! Love her!! Since our 1st experience, we've been back 2 more times, once after our frenchie was attacked by another dog and again when our puppy got sick. Each time the service was 10/10. No unexpected fees, everything is explained ahead of time. And the service has always been nothing less than excellent.

I just recently took my 14 month old puppy there for what I thought may have been an intestinal blockage. From the time I walked in the two girls at the desk were very nice, compassionate and helpful. They informed me that they could begin the diagnostics but if it was in fact a foreign body, she would need to be transferred to Blue Pearl animal hospital up the road because they do not perform surgery. Since I did not want to get potentially stuck with two Vet visit bills I decided to take her to the animal hospital. So while they did not treat my dog, I appreciated how nice, compassionate and understanding they were. I also appreciated their honesty and I didn’t feel pressured to stay there just so they could make a buck off of me. They left the ball in my court and supported either decision. My experience there was short, but that short interaction went a long way and I would absolutely go back there if we ever needed to.

Was a walk in need of urgent care and was taken back right away and began treatment immediately. They were honest and upfront as well as super kind and compassionate. I would highly recommend them.
