very professional and very friendly. fast and efficient. took care of our dog as if it was one of their own. being over a holiday weekend we didn't have much options and were glad we found pawmed. jane and cody were great and the doctors were very kind and courtesy. highly recommend if needing urgent care for your four legged family members.

The entire staff here is absolutely amazing. They were so attentive and caring with my senior dog and truly took their time with us every step of the way. They went above and beyond to make sure she was comfortable and cared for, and I’m so grateful for how much compassion they showed her. They thoroughly explained every possible treatment option and route we could take. You can tell they genuinely care about both the pets and their families. Highly recommend!

We are so grateful to the team at PawMed for the excellent care they gave our dog, Scout, after his seizure. Dr. Reyes was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and reassuring during a very stressful time. She took the time to explain everything clearly and really put us at ease. The compassion and professionalism from everyone there made all the difference. Thank you for taking such great care of Scout — we truly appreciate it!

It's taken me 3 months to write this review. I'll start this by saying Paw Med was truly an answered prayer. We've always been weary taking Boomer to the vet since he's been judged a lot in the past. It was only God that led us to this vet in particular. Our baby boy (a 13 year old pit mix) had a progressive medical decline over some days. The day we took him in, I had a feeling it was his last. I went in to check him in, since he was not ready to get out of the car on his own. Tristen or Tamara (I can't remember which it was) came outside to help after a few minutes, and Boomer ran straight to her getting overexcited, then inside. By the time we walked in, he was in full on medical emergency. Dr. William Marscher literally ran out upon hearing Boomer's condition, swooped him up, and got him on oxygen immediately. He, Tamara, Tristin, and Mary Ruth were all so incredibly kind, caring, and attentive to Boomer and our family throughout this process. We ended up making the difficult decision to put Boomer down, but there's no place we would have rather done it. They let us be with him as long as we wanted before putting him to sleep, as well as after which was very nice. They were able to get him cremated for us along with his paw print in clay, beautiful memorial pieces we can keep forever. Thank you again to this entire team that truly made this hard day easier for my sister and I. We truly felt the care and love your team has for what you do. Boomer was so comfortable with all of you which said so much. Rest in peace Boomer (pictured below in the parking lot of Paw Med), we love you forever!

Wonderful experience during a very stressful situation. The staff are lovely- Tamara, Maddie and Dr. Frame were all so kind and helpful. Will definitely be back if we ever need emergency services again. 💜
